Dr. Ayman Aboulela MD, FACP: Dr. Aboulela is a founder and Medical Director of Avicenna Clinic.  He is the owner and Medical Director of Dr. Aboulela Medical Center.  He received his medical B.SC degree from the University of Alexandria, School of Medicine with Honor, 1985, a Master degree of Internal medicine from the University of Alexandria, 1991.  He is a Board Certified of Internal Medicine, 2004, Hypertension Specialist and Board Certified, 2011, and Fellow of American College of Physicians, Fellow of American Society of Hypertension

Mr. Medhat Elmesky Urban Designer/ Architect, AIA Associate. Mr. Elmesky is a founder and board member received his BA degree in Architecture from the University of Alexandria, School of Fine Arts in 1969, and MA in Urban Design from Pratt Institute in New York City in 1975. He is the owner and president of Design Art Studio an architectural firm serving Bay County since 1990. He is a member of the Architecture board, City of Panama City He designed several architectural projects for the City of Panama City and Downtown Improvement Board. He designed several private medical offices in Panama City. He has been awarded several certificates of appreciation for outstanding accomplishments and contributions by Panama City Downtown Improvement Board and honor awards by State of Florida for new construction.

Dr. Ragab Moheisen, Ph.D., A research Mechanical Engineer and a Programmer working at the 325 CE at Tyndall Air Force Base. Having almost 45 years of experience in engineering as a career varying from working as network engineer, teaching both graduates/undergraduates and a research engineer in the area of thermal science to make systems more efficient, and resilient. Dr. MOHEISEN, received his B.Sc., and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Menoufia  University in Egypt with Honor, 1977, and 1982.  Dr. RAGAB received his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC in 1989.  Dr. RAGAB is a board Member of Avicenna Free Clinic and a professional Member with American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Mrs. Shayma Salman began her Social Work Career after graduating with   a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University.  She is a board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  With over 2 decades of experience, Shayma is passionate about serving Bay County’s most vulnerable individuals who often struggle with poverty, unemployment, mental and physical health problems, addiction, adjustment to civilian life, migration, crime against women, children, and the elderly, family and health problems.  She is the Co-Founded of The Panama City Free Clinic, a nonprofit organization, which served the indigent in Bay County from 2003-2007.  Salman strives to develop, implement, and expand programs and services designed to positively impact the lives of the most vulnerable population in our communities by offering programs that will set a benchmark for all other organizations within the Continuum of Care for Bay County. Shayma is committed to providing services that link the working uninsured and unemployed with quality health care.  She is employed at the Department of Veterans Affairs serving the most vulnerable Veterans  to access their earned benefits and support.  She is a natural advocate for patients ensuring the patients' emotional and social needs are met through their medical treatment, federal and state and community resources. Ms. Salman has a wealth of information  and a leader in Social Work practice. As an Adjunct Professor she taught at Florida State University in the School of Social Work and enjoys providing supervision, education and insight to Social Workers working towards a license in Clinical Social Work. She is an effective Social Worker who is comfortable working with diverse populations and developed concepts that lead to long-term sustainability.  Mrs. Salman dedicates her life to her family, friends and community.
